Mark Conway

I was formerly a Regional Culinary Manager for an equipment manufacturer traveling the east coast. My strongest skill set rests in my ability to form relationships with other professionals. As a Business/ Restaurant Professional, I employ my skills as a networker and business developer to increase profitability while using my experience and training to keep the momentum moving forward. I have managed small and large staffs, in addition to, restaurants and food trucks. Working side by side with the staff and other management has been key to my success. I am always striving to learn more and apply good practices. A great team requires excellent leadership, dedication, and accountability from all parties. Regular training and coaching has been a staple of my career, both for myself and my team. Utilizing strong networking and social media skills, I always build relationships in order to increase business and exposure.   My drive and passion for food and people is the force behind my career. Always bringing people together through food, whether it be families or professional groups, is the goal of my work. My unique approach to food has been featured on television, magazines, and the internet. We are currently developing and hosting live cooking competitions and restaurant showcases in order to create a food destination in eastern Virginia. Danielle Conway

Previously a Pastry Chef at various locations such as Abacus and Wolfgang Puck's 560 in Dallas, TX. My culinary and managing skills have been retained through catering for large venues and private parties, baking for local restaurants and large upscale chains, as well as organizing marketing and logistics for culinary events. I like to express my creativity through the menus I have developed and unique style of our events. I take pride in bringing exceptional quality in all facets of my career. With this next venture in my life I aim to bring this region's culinary world together and make Eastern Virginia a food destination for the world.

Our Events

We have developed and hosted events throughout Eastern Virginia as far away as Boston. They have ranged in size from 400 to 3,500 attendees and included small local businesses to nationally known corporations. Each of our events are unique to their cause. They all provide support for local charities in addition to  bringing much needed exposure for their cause. Our goal is to reconnect our seven cities and beyond to make Eastern Virginia a worldwide Food Destination.
